Bart Systems LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in New Jersey, specializing in the design and manufacturing of high-performance apparel, textiles, and protective gear.
We proudly serve U.S. government agencies and international private-sector clients with Berry Amendment and TAA-compliant products. Our offerings include tactical equipment, PPE, uniforms, medical textiles, and outdoor gear - sourced through a robust network of socially responsible domestic and global manufacturers.
Our Team
Sherman Barton, founder and CEO, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.
Sherman proudly served for 12-years in the U.S. Army for Military Intelligence with the 66th Military Intelligence Group and the Berlin Brigade.
Following his military service, he dedicated 18 years to the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he coordinated special projects supporting disabled veterans. Being a service disabled veteran himself, Sherman understands the outfitting & protection needs of service individuals, first-hand.
